The presence of numerous automated production steps sometimes allows data to be acquired directly from the automation systems. The simplest phases are those of automatic labeling, in line for carton packs, at the end of the line for platforms, where it is possible to acquire information on the finished product.
In the most advanced cases, the presence of mixers, syrup rooms, etc., allows to acquire from the automation software the information relating to the use of raw materials in the batches, prepared from time to time.
